Steve: "I spent almost a week with Arpit Deomurari of the Waders Inc. in the Gir forest.  First, all the arrangements were excellent. He had done quite a bit of advance work to make my visit comfortable and enjoyable. While I was there he continued to do everything he could to make it a great trip including adjusting the menu to my food likes and dislikes and the schedule to my jet lag. While we were in the field I was constantly amazed at the depth of his knowledge not only about birds but about the other fauna and flora too. His extensive knowledge greatly added to my experience and I ended up learning quite a bit more than I thought I would. In addition, he was able to give me photographic pointers so that I was able to get many great images from that trip than I might have otherwise. Also, he is really friendly and easy to be with. The whole experience greatly exceed my expectations. I would do it again in a heartbeat and recommend Arpit to anyone who wants a really great experience in India. I can't imagine a better friend, expert and lively guy anywhere."
